Joaquin Niemann has been a Ping staff player since he signed a multi-year deal back in April 2018, just after turning professional. But what does the young Chilean have in play for 2021?
<p> </p> <h3>What’s in Niemann’s Bag?</h3> <p>At the top of his bag he has recently swapped into the new G425 LST driver. He pairs this with a G425 3-wood and 3 hybrid. Interestingly he uses Graphite Design shafts in all of his metal woods.</p> <img src="https://dfdghbz6643ia.cloudfront.net/2021/01/JN2-1030x686.jpg 1030w, https://dfdghbz6643ia.cloudfront.net/2021/01/JN2-300x200.jpg 300w, https://dfdghbz6643ia.cloudfront.net/2021/01/JN2-768x512.jpg 768w, https://dfdghbz6643ia.cloudfront.net/2021/01/JN2-1536x1024.jpg 1536w, https://dfdghbz6643ia.cloudfront.net/2021/01/JN2.jpg 2000w" alt="Joaquin Niemann WITB" width="515" height="343" /> <p>Joaquin then puts his trust in a full set of the Ping iBlade irons from 4 down to 9-iron.</p> <img src="https://dfdghbz6643ia.cloudfront.net/2019/09/Joaquin-Niemann-irons-1030x686.jpg 1030w, https://dfdghbz6643ia.cloudfront.net/2019/09/Joaquin-Niemann-irons-300x200.jpg 300w, https://dfdghbz6643ia.cloudfront.net/2019/09/Joaquin-Niemann-irons-768x512.jpg 768w, https://dfdghbz6643ia.cloudfront.net/2019/09/Joaquin-Niemann-irons.jpg 2000w" alt="joaquin Niemann WITB 2019" width="515" height="343" /> <p>Instead of a pitching wedge Niemann opts to carry a 46 degree Ping Glide 3.0 wedge. He then pairs this with three Ping Glide Forged wedges in 52, 56 and 60 degrees.</p> <img src="https://dfdghbz6643ia.cloudfront.net/2019/09/Joaquin-Niemann-wedges--1030x686.jpg 1030w, https://dfdghbz6643ia.cloudfront.net/2019/09/Joaquin-Niemann-wedges--300x200.jpg 300w, https://dfdghbz6643ia.cloudfront.net/2019/09/Joaquin-Niemann-wedges--768x512.jpg 768w, https://dfdghbz6643ia.cloudfront.net/2019/09/Joaquin-Niemann-wedges-.jpg 2000w" alt="Joaquin Niemann WITB 2019" width="515" height="343" /> <p>The Chilean uses the classic looking Ping PLD Anser putter and the Titleist Pro V1x golf ball to round out his set-up.</p> <img src="https://dfdghbz6643ia.cloudfront.net/2021/01/JN3-1030x686.jpg 1030w, https://dfdghbz6643ia.cloudfront.net/2021/01/JN3-300x200.jpg 300w, https://dfdghbz6643ia.cloudfront.net/2021/01/JN3-768x512.jpg 768w, https://dfdghbz6643ia.cloudfront.net/2021/01/JN3-1536x1024.jpg 1536w, https://dfdghbz6643ia.cloudfront.net/2021/01/JN3.jpg 2000w" alt="Joaquin Niemann WITB" width="515" height="343" /> <h3>Joaquin Niemann WITB 2021</h3> <p>Driver: Ping G425 LST (10°, Graphite Design Tour AD DI-7x shaft)</p> <p>Fairway woods: Ping G425 (14.5°, Graphite Design Tour AD DI-8x shaft), Ping G400 Hybrid (19°, Ping Tour 85x shaft)</p> <p> </p> <p>Irons: Ping iBlade (4-9, Project X 6.0 shafts)</p> <p>Wedges: Ping Glide 3.0 (46°, Project X 6.5 shaft) Ping Glide Forged (52°, 56° and 60°, Project X 6.5 shafts)</p> <p>Putter: Ping PLD Anser</p> <p>Ball: <a href="https://www.nationalclubgolfer.com/news/titleist-2019-pro-v1/">Titleist Pro V1x </a></p> <h3>Joaquin Niemann WITB 2019</h3> <p>Driver: <a href="https://www.nationalclubgolfer.com/news/ping-g410-lst-driver-review/">Ping G400 LST</a> (10°, Graphite Design Tour AD DI-7x shaft)</p> <p>Fairway woods: <a href="https://www.nationalclubgolfer.com/news/callaway-epic-flash-sub-zero-vs-ping-g410/">Ping G410 3-wood</a> (14.5°, Graphite Design Tour AD DI-8x shaft), Ping G400 Hybrid (19°, Ping Tour 85x shaft)</p> <p>Irons: Ping iBlade (4-9, Project X 6.0 shafts)</p> <p>Wedges: <a href="https://www.nationalclubgolfer.com/news/ping-glide-2-0-wedges-review/">Ping Glide 2.0</a> (46°, Project X 6.5 shaft) and Ping Glide Forged (52°, 56° and 60°, Project X 6.5 shafts)</p> <p>Putter: Ping Vault 2.0 Dale Anser</p> <p>Ball: <a href="https://www.nationalclubgolfer.com/news/titleist-2019-pro-v1/">Titleist Pro V1x </a></p> <p><em>For more information, head over to the <a href="https://eu.ping.com/en-gb/">Ping website</a>. </em></p> <p></p>
